- Identify and introduce trending hydrogel-related biotechnologies to our research platforms.
- Set up new bio-technique platforms with potential applications in hydrogel research.
- Work with the research team to support better adaptations of hydrogel-related biotechnologies.
- Present project plans and ongoing progress on a regular basis.

| Qualifications |
- Ph.D. in biology or polymer materials science is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in relevant biotech companies.
- Proficiency in hydrogel-related biotechnologies.
- Proven abilities in project design and management, and capable of leading a research team.
- Ability to multitask and contribute in a challenging intellectual environment.
